Roasting coffee should be a labor of love and a relationship between the roaster and the bean where the roaster is trying to bring out all the qualities in the coffee to their full potential.  Why would you want to limit your ability by having less than every variable in your roasting environment available to you?

Our roasters have been made to do full batches and do not need to be rated dependent on your roasting conditions.
